my favorite part of Mo Ranch was meeting new people and repelling off the bridge
ReplyDeleteDear Dr. Carpenter,
ReplyDeleteMo Ranch was a very fun trip. When you go to Mo Ranch you think that you will only be doing high things. That isn't true at all because you get to do other things like kayaking and a scavenger hunt at the end. I think Mo Ranch was a very fun trip and I would recommend it to anyone that is thinking about going with their class or church.
Hi I didn't go to Mo Ranch and it was memorable at home because I didn't have to deal with anyone
ReplyDeleteHello! I had a lot of fun at Mo Ranch. The Big Gulp was my favorite activity. The Big Gulp is a fifty foot swing. This was my favorite because of how exciting it was to be fifty feet in the air. A moment at Mo Ranch that I will never forget is repelling off of a bridge. We had to step over the edge of the bridge and repel down. At first glance, this seemed a bit scary but I had fun when I did it. These are my favorite memories from Mo Ranch.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI am Alex and one thing that happened at Mo Ranch that I will never forget was climbing the rock wall. I was about 3/4 up and got to a very tricky spot and wanted to come down. I couldn't find a place to hold on and put my feet so I was in a very difficult spot. I decided to keep on going and actually made it to the top! I rang the cowbell at the top and repelled down. I was so glad that I made it to the top and will remember the moment forever!
Sincerely, Alex

ReplyDeletemo ranch was a great experience because of the fun ropes course. the mo pole and the big gulp were in my opinion the best ones because of the fear i had to overcome to accomplish them.
Mo Ranch was pretty fun. It was nice to miss school and not have any homework, which was my favorite thing about the trip. My favorite thing we did was the water activities, primarily because swimming was way better than going up a steep road (Which we did multiple times).
ReplyDeleteDear Dr. Carpenter,
ReplyDeleteI had a lot of fun at Mo Ranch, I also have a lot of great memories from Mo Ranch. One of my most vivid memories is being at he top of the Mo Pole. I was freaking out and thought that it would be insane to jump off of it, in the end I did jump and it was pretty fun. I also enjoyed the Big Gulp, which was a 52 foot tall thing that your teammates pulled you up to and you let go of a rope and you swang. Yeah, that was pretty fun. That's what I enjoyed from Mo Ranch.

ReplyDeleteDear Dr.Carpenter,
ReplyDeleteI had a lot of fun at Mo Ranch. The most frustrating things we did was the Adventure wet activity. I don't work good in large groups, so I had trouble helping. I learned I had a fear of snakes at Mo Ranch.
Hello fellow bloggers!
ReplyDeleteI did not participate in the Mo Ranch. Instead, I went with my dad to his work and saw what he did every day. I enjoyed learning about my dad's work and actually "working" every day.
Cheers!

Hi!
ReplyDeleteMy name is Emma and the most memorable thing that happened to me at Mo Ranch was when we went canoeing and we started playing tag in the water my friend was trying to tag someone and accidentally flipped his canoe in the water and had trouble getting back in his canoe it was really funny.
Hello!
ReplyDeleteMo ranch was an extremely fun trip. The moment I will never forget was repelling off the bridge. I was terrified, but GraceAnn and Reese were standing there encouraging me the entire time. If it weren't for them I never would have repelled or done anything else at Mo Ranch.
Best Wishes,
Ashby
Dear Dr.carpenter
ReplyDeleteI had a great time at mo ranch i loved the repelling and the ropes course it was fun getting to know my class mates.
Hello I had many unforgettable moments during the four days we had at mo ranch. I flew through the air on a fast zip-line, I fell from a 50 foot pole on a rope aka the big gulp. we built a makeshift boat, and found water bottle "treasures" in a action pack treasure hunt.Just to name a few.Over all the trip was pretty unforgettable.

Dear Dr. Carpenter,
ReplyDeleteI have many great memories from the time at Mo Ranch. One of the most memorable times was when I was on top of the mo pole about to jump. This was memorable because I was very nervous and excited to do this activity. Another exciting adventure was when I was being pulled up by my classmates on the big gulp and right before I let go of the rope. This was very exhilarating because you had to let go of the rope and drop from 52 feet in the air. I will never forgot these special memories at Mo Ranch.
Sincerely, Jilayne
Hullo kiddos, whilst at mo ranch, we had a grand ole time.It was team building and very amazing. I'm so glad I went and I would rate it a 10 on TripAdvisor.

Hello Dr. Carpenter,
ReplyDeleteI had a lot of fun on our trip to Mo Ranch. During our trip, my favorite thing was going to the rapids and letting the water push me down the river. Another thing I enjoyed was harassing Andy in the middle of the night.
Sincerely, Aidan.
Dear Dr. Carpenter,
ReplyDeleteI had so much fun at Mo Ranch. I made so many lasting memories.I will always remember the Mo pole. I remember as I was climbing up the pole and my whole team was signing " A Thousand Miles" which gave me the confidence to keep climbing, knowing they were all there. As I got higher in the air, I remember my hands being really sweaty. I leaned back to see if the rope would catch me and luckily it did. Right as I got to the top I looked down (although I shouldn't have) and yelled to Reese why am I doing this? she then reassured me and I continued to attempt to make my way on top of the pole. I think I stood there thinking about five minutes, that I was about to stna on top of a telephone pole while it was raining. After I finally made my way on top of the pole, I felt strong gusts of wind, and I could tell that I was shaking so much that the pole was to. I probably stood on the pole for 10 seconds and decided to jump. At this point, I wasn't even thinking about catching the trapeze but about feeling the solid ground again. I am so glad that I got out of my comfort zone, I could not have done it with out the support of my friends and Mr. Belk.
Dear Dr. Carpenter,
ReplyDeleteMo Ranch was one of the best trips I have ever experienced. My fondest memory was the Rock wall, which is a 45 foot wall that has imitation rocks to help us ring the bell at the top. Another great challenge that I faced was the Big Gulp. This contraption is a 55 foot pole that has ropes you connect a harness too. You are pulled up into the air by your friends and then swing. This was probably my favorite trip and I would accept an invitation to this camp again.
Sincerely,
John David
Dear Dr. Carpenter
ReplyDeleteI had a great time at Mo Ranch. The most memorable activity we did was jumping off the Mo Pole. As we approached the gigantic pole, cold drops of water fell from the sky and cold gusts of wind came through the trees. When it was my turn I climbed up the ladder listening to my classmates sing "A Thousand Miles". As I was climbing I noticed the metal rungs in the wood were very cold. I went up the pole as fast as I could until I reached the top. There was a grey mist covering the tops of the trees and strong winds sweeping the top of the pole. I quickly lifted my leg and stoop up on the pole. I didn't even look at the ground and kept my eyes on the trapeze. The pole started shaking from my adrenaline. After yelling "1..2..3" I swung my arms back and jumped as far as I could and reached for the trapeze. I felt my right hands graze the metal but I was close enough to catch it. I was then caught from falling to my death by my harness and was lowered to the ground. I will never forget that experience and I wish I could do it again.
Sincerely,
-Reese
